Its such a honor for me to be designing with all the talented ladies from the Scrap That! Design team and the Guest designers too. They all so talented that's for sure!!!

I'm so happy to share with you my projects using the Scrap That! Exclusive Pion Design “Birdsong” Kit. It was such a joy when I opened the box arriving from Canada, everything is Beautiful!!!! It got me inspired right away. The pps are so soft that I had to do some baby pictures!!! The beautiful baby is my friends 3 month old, who happen to be so Adorable and handsome.

Innocence

The pps are perfect for Fussy cutting.

And Lots of butterflies!!!

I used Perfect pearls (it came with the kit) to make a circle and tied everything together. Its always a nice touch.

I love this picture and I love those moments with my daughter.

I did some stamping and the stamp is from Purple Onion Designs.

Scrap That! Sneak Peek!!

Hello Every one!!! Its been a loooong time since I post anything. I been really busy with life and trying to survive in the jungle. lol! But I'm glad to be back! I miss the scrapbook world and I been so anxious to go back and do what I love at least a little more often. And Thanks to Lori the Owner of Scrap That! Hi Everyone! Are Guys getting excited about the holidays yet? I Love Christmas is my favorite Holiday! Cant wait!!!

Anyway I want to show you the new Stamps That Purple Onion Designs is about to Release On Friday, November 26th. I Love this set is so adorable and versatile. This is only one of the many new stamp sets to be released.

Hello every one! Today I want to show you a lo I did using some Amazing and Original embellishments!!! I never seeing anything like that before! So timeless and classy. The picture is of Sophia when she was around 7 months, She always been such a happy little person, this have to be one of my favorite pictures of her. Baby lo's have never being my forte but, with beautiful things to use I didn't had to do much thinking!
The embellishments are made by an Excellent artist and friend of mine, you all probably know her and know her fantastic work! Her name is Lidia and you can visit her blog at Breaking Barriers And Her New Etsy Shop where you can get these Gorgeous embellishments.

It wont be like this for long. (It is so true) My friend Tina send me the beautiful lace I used!

She is making these Gorgeous embellishments out of Polymer clay! For this lo I really wanted to keep it simple because I didn't wanted to take away from the beautiful picture and the embellishments.

(Sorry for the bad pictures but its been raining a lot lately)

I did some stamping in the BG.

The flowers came in the kit but they are from Vicky's Etsy shop I just did some misting.

Hi everyone, I been having a very busy weekend and I will be having a very busy week too. Hope you all been scrapping a lot because sometimes I don't have any time to scrap, and when I do I try to do the most of it.

I just want to show you some cards I haven't show you using Purple Onion Designs stamps. I love these stamps because they have so many details and they are really clear.

In this card I used one of my favorite stamp that is the Late 1800's Script Background and one of the many Thank You sentiments stamps they have to offer.

I did these 2 lo's I have show you here, because one I forgot and the other one, I'm not a big fun of scrapping my self. It feels weird, but I love the stamps I used and hope you like them.

In this one I used the Vintage Damask Background, Harlequin Set and Vintage Butterfly Set .

And on this one I used the Vintage Damask Background, Art Nouveau Corner, Filigree Corner and of course the Beautiful set of Vintage Butterfly Set .

Hi Every one! This is just a quick post to show you a lo I did using one of my fellow scrapper her name is Vicky aka Simple Paper kit from her new Etsy shop. She have some really beautiful embellishments and all of them are Acid free!!!!

This is a closeup of the flowers she send me and I mist them with Coral GM and Yellow for different tones.

This is a chipboard that comes in her kits all I did is paint it with crackle paint and I love how it looks.

And this is a little title that came in the kit that I thought is beautiful!( I think I'm getting better with my sewing machine lol)

Butterfly Dreams! Scrap That! kit.

An other month went by, and really fast for me. I been really busy with my personal life that i been neglecting my blog and the galleries. So sorry, I hope to catch up soon.

This month's kit at Scrap That! is full of Beautiful pps and embellishments. For this month I just used the main kit. And I'm glad I had some great pictures to scrap.

GORGEOUS

I'm so proud of my daughter, she is becoming in such a beautiful girl in side out And I love it!!! I know she can be difficult some times and i know is because she have a strong personality and she knows what she wants.

I made the Roses and I used the retro flower punch and I used Diamond Dust to cover them.

DREAM
In this lo I used the Crackle paint that came with the kit! to decorate the picture and to paint over the die cuts that came with the kit too.

I also stamped the frame using Prima Build a frame stamps they are Gorgeous. Is not perfect but I love the look. I got the inspiration to use these stamps that I had for a long time from Lisa AKA StarSailor you can visit her blog here.

I made some of the flowers with my flower Tutorial.

I love the beautiful prima lace included in the kit.

This is my friend's son He is so cute!!!

I used the Sketch that comes with the kit every month made by the talented LG

The stamps are from Purple Onion Designs.

I stamped over the flowers to give them more texture.
I used the Ornamentals Set for the swirls and the Damask for the flowers.

Hi Again!!! I know, second post of this week, but I cant resist to post this lo.
Today I wanted to show you a lo of My fav picture of Sophia. I already did this picture before but I love it so much that just makes me so happy! In this picture makes me feel that She is such a happy girl full of energy. I just feel so blessed.

In this picture Sophia is holding her brother's Cody and Owen in the other hand.
I did so much misting, the die-cut was white and used Coral Reef, Candle light and Honey Dew Mist GM using a brayer roller.

Some masking for the branches.

I Glimmer mist the flowers too and distress them using White paint.

The 2 bigger roses I got them from Talvanna, some times she have them for sale and they're very Gorgeous!!!! The other roses are prima and I glimmer mist them too.

Scrap That! August Reveal!!!!

This months Scrap That! kit is full of Wonderful things!!!! You will find Fabric, Beautiful flowers, Buttons, liquid pearls and Much more!!!!! I Did 3 los and I have so much left over for other 2 or 3!!!

Follow your Dreams.

In this lo I hand cut the roses form one of the pps and did some stitching I used the liquid pearls for more detail.

I love these tiny pink flowers they're look so beautiful!!!

TIP. Using Liquid pearls is all about the practice. I love when they look so round like a pearl. The best way to do it is after you make the drops before they dry you need to hold the pp up and tap very gentle from underneath And That's what makes them look round. The difficult part is making them look all about the same size! That's why you need practice ;) Believe me I know! Some days my hand cooperates better than others lol!

Always A little curious.
The Embellishments in this kit are so Beautiful!!!! Love the flowers and the colors of this kit are Beautiful!!!!!!! I change the background from the Die cut pp. I like it better.

To make the Swirls I just draw them and used liquid pearls and then I erased the pencil lines.

I Adore this picture of my sister in law with Sophia, We went to visit for 4TH of July we had such a great time!!! Especially Sophi with so many gifts from Mimi.

Le Romantique and Purple Onions Designs

Hi!!! I know an other post, but I had these projects that I have show you. One is of me and my husband I love this picture of us and I used the G45 Le Romantique papers! They're Beautiful!!!! So i had to use them and this is what I came up with.
I used Cheesecloth for more texture and dimension. I hand cut some of the roses and leaves of one of the pps and I love the colors, I dont know why but lately I been using lots of peach shades in my los. I dont like to wear Peach that much but I like the colors for my pp projects! lol

I love this picture of my dd! Well, I love so many pictures of her. She just loves to pose! I think she is getting use to the camera now! I used Purple Onion Designs stamps in this lo.

Scrap That! July Reveal!!!

Hi Everyone! Hope your summer is going well!!! Mine its been pretty busy!!! The hot weather make us go outside often, too bad most of this week its been raining.

Anyway, You girls are Going to love the July kit!!!! I was so delighted when I saw the beautiful papers! Love the shabby-chic embellishments!!!! The colors are beautiful!!!! What can I say, I had a blast playing with this kit!!!!!! Lori did a Fantastic job with it!!!!

The papers featured in this kit are from Creative Imaginations IOD Beloved Collection.

This is Sophia, We went shopping that Day and we walked a lot so she sat by the fountain having a deep thoght i guess she was tired!!! Any body that knows her knows that she is always very active. I'm glad I had my camera with me.

I love the flowers that came in the kit!!!! They look so striking against the lighter colors! The flourish are a stamp from prima that I embossed with Vintage Photo and than apply Vintage photo stickles I did A lot of stitching for more texture.

Little Baby.

I wanted to do something simple for this one because the pp on the center looks very busy. I did some misting and used the lace that came in the kit and placed around the circle, Misted the leaves and the butterfly and to finish it I did some more stitching.

This is my step son little baby. Isn't he Adorable?

A Girl Is

I misted the flowers and used the brads as centers, I painted the chipboard and cover it with stickles.
I found this stamp with a quote I love and its so true in my relation with Sophia.

This is my last project and I wanted to do a little frame for Sophia's room and I used the chipboard piece in the kit and the tulle.
Dont you love the crocheet doily? I love it!!! The only thing that it didn't came in the kit is the flowers I used.
I covered the letters with Melissa Frances Mica Flakes for a nice touch.

I love this starfish!!!! I dont remember where I got it from. I used Rub ons to put more interest on the picture. The pps and Rub-ons are from Fancy Pants Road Show Collection and I love it!!!!!!!!!!

These Birds are from Dusty Attic and I paint them with silver paint and I use it on the Pink Paislee Artisan collection.
These flowers are from prima and I love them too!!! lol!(I love everything Prima.)

Flower Tutorial.

A month ago I made this lo and I made the flowers you see in it. So I had prepared a tutorial showing how to make them, hope you all enjoy it!

What you need

Using the Tim Holtz alterations Dies You need to cut 2 Flowers of the Bigger one and 1 of the smallest one Using the paper of your choice.

Then you can Ink or Mist the flowers

Make folds in the 2 large flowers as in the picture to obtain the center

Only in one flower just snip down the side of one of the petals.

Place some glue onto one of the petals

Glue that petal behind the petal next to it as shown in the picture

Curl the petals of all the flowers using your fingers.

Punch a small hole in the center of each flower

Put some glue on the flower that has 6 petals, that one is going to be the largest layer of your flower.

Place the 5 petals flower on top and then the smallest one

Then place a cluster from a spray through the holes (or brad, pearl, etc.)

Cut the ends of your spray and place a glue dot on top of the ends to secure it.

Now, your flower is complete.
PS. You can do this flower with any 6 petal flower die or punch.

Hi, I'm so exited to show you the projects I did For Scrap That! June kit.

Is full of Amazing things! Pink Paislee collection is so Sophisticated!!!
When I got the kit and opened this picture Immediately came to my mind.

I Cut the Transparency that came in the kit and use it as corners, And love the dramatic look!!!!!
I used glimmer mist on the flowers.

My second lo I used the burlap that came in the kit!!!! The butterfly is embossed with Vintage photo embossing powder and I add stickles that came in the kit too.
I love the rustic look of this lo.
This is my daughter in-law. I love this picture of her.

And this is my step son and Sophie, I love this hat! Is funny how she loves to wear hats!!!! We went shopping and she found it and she wanted it so bad!!!!!
too funny.
I love those Keys!! I think they so cute!!!!
I paint the chipboard alpha with Black crackle paint so they match better with my design.

During the last week of each month our design team reveals their projects using the Scrap That! monthly kit.
One of our designers is given a product to incorporate into one of their projects that none of the other designers get.
All you have to do is look through all the design team projects, spot the item pictured below, and submit the name of the designer, the name of the Scrap That! kit, and the name of the layout.
Each correct entry will be entered into a draw to win the monthly kit! Each of our kits contains well over $45 in product!!
Each month we create a unique and innovative kit FULL of carefully selected high-end double sided papers, specialty papers, premium embellishments and often include one-of-a-kind specialty and handmade items you won’t find anywhere else. Hi Every One!!! Hope everyone Had a great weekend. And Hopefully Everyone Is full of energy!!
Today is Reveal day For Scrap That Blue Velvet kit. IS full of Vintage pps! Hope you girls Like what I did with the kit.

For Moments Like These

I used the stickles that came with the kit to accent the tile flowers.

(Sorry I dont know why the picture is showing side ways. lol)
To Get this look all I did is rub lots of stickles with my fingers and after Dry I mist with the mist that came with the kit.

Life's Portrait.

Hi Everyone. I Want to share a lo using Websters Pages new line Life's Portrait. I love the sophisticated colors and elegant designs. I couldn't think of a better picture than one of my husband and I. Hope you like it.

I used Gesso, again!!! I love it!!! I think is going to become My new addiction besides flowers lol!
What I did for the background is stamp using an old script stamp from Purple Onions Designs. using Coffee Color Archival Ink, Than I used a thin layer of Gesso, so it could tone down the stamped background, then I paint with a gauze using GM.(frost)

We are officially in Spring!!!! I'm loving the weather, Not too cold not too hot!

Over the weekend I been working on a page for a challenge at Swirlydoos and I really enjoy it!!! We had to use lots of paint, ink, GM. Wherever would change the colors and textures of anything. So I Used Gesso, lots of Shimmerz, ink, Crackle paint, stickles, etc!

I love these soft colors!! I really enjoyed working with pastels, I think I'm going to use them more often! ;)

Dream come true

For the Background I used Gesso and using a gauze I painted over it with Shimmerz Spritz in Jeni-B-Bleu.

For the flowers I used Shimmerz Spritz in Jeni-B-Bleur and Bed of roses.

Hi Everybody!!!! I had a rough night last night could not get any sleep, so The best therapy is to Scrap! lol! I finish a lo and I'm very Happy with the result.
I used the Swirlydoos March Kit and Some of my own Stash

For The Flower I used Shimmerz Spritz (Treasured Hymn & Bed of Roses)

Supplies: Pattern Paper: Prima, Velvet Paper: SEI, Embellishments: Resin Banner (Melissa Frances ), Lace: Websters Pages, Stick pins: Etsy, Flowers: Prima, Stamps: Prima, Alphabet: Prima.

A couple Weeks a go One of My lo's was featured at the 7 Gypsies Blog!!! I Was Really Happy!!!! And In there I explane How I rolled Back the pps on my lo. So I wanted to post it here too:

Use Glimmer Mist and Stencil calculating where you want the detail, then simply rip the 7gypsies paper - LIDO without being accurate, just using my fingers, as long as you want. Then roll the edges of the paper that was ripped and roll them tucked underneath the paper and glue it using glue dots. I used a flower from my stash and some Basic Gray bling to finish it off.

This past Saturday we had some snow in Charleston!!!! I Was so happy because for the longest time I had these beautiful pps that I never thought I was gonna be able to use!!! So I got my camera and we took over 30 pictures!!! hehe. This is My daughters first snow experience and My second time i have seen it snow! (We dont get any snow in Mexico city).

I used some Shimmerz Blingz (Pixie Dust) to Paint over the prima flowers.

Well, I want to let you all know if you ever come to Charleston, To go to the Children's Museum! Well only if you have toddlers. It was really fun for my dd Sophia and a really beautiful place she really had a blast!!! At the entrance they had this huge cake made of pp.
